Accessible Options that Allow Students to Read and Learn Their Way

To make an accessibility request,

Post-secondary institutions within the U.S. or Canadapost secondary
Submit all requests through AccessText Network at http://www.accesstext.org/
Non-post-secondary institutions or institutions outside the U.S or Canadapost secondary
Jones & Bartlett Learning provides electronic files, at no charge, to Disability Student Services (DSS) offices upon request for qualified students with a disability (as determined by the DSS). Requests must come from the institution's designated accessibility officer or legal entity authorized to act on behalf of the institution. Files will only be provided to the requesting institution. Requests directly from students will not be processed.
How are accessible texts delivered?
Requests fulfilled directly by Jones & Bartlett Learning are typically delivered via FTP in a .ZIP archive. Login information and instructions are supplied via the email address submitted in the request. If the requested files have not been received within three weeks of the request, please contact Jones & Bartlett Learning. Jones & Bartlett Learning is not responsible for lost or blocked email transmissions.
