 I just downloaded a protected file, but there are strange characters all over the first page and the rest of the pages are locked.
 User name and password not accepted
 To obtain instructor passwords or extend time available
 Testbank will not open, throws an error, or closes immediately after opening
 I cannot open a file I downloaded
