Jones & Bartlett Learning offers email-back / call-back technical support. For the fastest response, please submit all new requests through our Issue Tracking system. During peak season, from September through October, support requests will be responded to within 24 hours Monday through Friday.

After you submit a request, you will receive an automatic email that:

  • Confirms you have submitted the form successfully
  • Provides a Support Request Number that has been assigned to your request

If you do not receive a reply, please check your "spam" or "bulk" email folder. Our email may have been directed there by your email system.

Hours of operation: Tech Support is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.**, US Eastern time.
