| Online Courses |
Q:How long do users have to complete the online courses once they start ?
A:Most of our online courses expire 45 days from the date the user logs onto the course.
Q:If my online course requires a practical exam (skills check) , where can I get it and does it cost more ?
A:If an online course has a practical exam component following the course, you will be prompted at the start of the course to locate a skills testing location near you. Since the skills check is not a part of the course, an additional fee will be required. If you have been issued a course access code from your institution the skills check is usually handled as part of the course and if so, you will be advised by the institution.

A:The exams are scored immediately upon completion and feedback is provided.

Q:I currently have a course completion (certification) card from another national organization. Will I be able to use your program to renew my certification?
A:Yes.

A:Yes. It does not matter what computer you use to access the internet for our courses.

A:Anytime you stop while taking the course your last location is recorded and stored so that you can access it upon your return.
