Steven N. Foley

Steven N. Foley serves as a Senior Fire Specialist with NFPA, with responsibility integral to fire fighter health and safety and fire service organization and deployment. In addition, he responds as a member of NFPA’s Fire Investigation Unit and serves as Chair of the standards development and coordination subcommittee in the CBRNE arena for the Inter-Agency Board for Equipment Standardization and Interoperability. He has both graduate and undergraduate degrees as well as completion of the Executive Fire Officer Program with conjunction with the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Mr. Foley has edited and authored numerous texts related to the fields of public fire protection. He continues to instruct and lecture both in the United States and abroad.
