  • "This is a very detailed book on pediatric nutrition, and every chapter uses tables and exhibits that clarify the material. There are very few textbooks available of this caliber, so this is a welcome addition. Although it is geared for nutrition professionals, it is well worth the time for healthcare providers in other disciplines to read and use it as a reference."
