About the Course:
This course covers specific drugs of abuse including alcohol, marijuana, heroin, amphetamines, cocaine, PCP, and predatory drugs. Training is meant to raise awareness to the potential problems of drug and alcohol abuse, inform on the consequences of substance abuse, educate on the signs and symptoms of alcohol abuse and alcoholism, information on what to do when you think you or a fellow employee has a drug or alcohol problem, responsibilities as a supervisor, and sources of help and actions to take in the event of suspected abuse.
