Paul Insel-Stanford University, Stanford, California

Dr. Insel is an Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University. In addition to being the Principal Investigator on several NIH nutrition projects, he is the senior author of the seminal text in health education and has co-authored several best-selling nutrition books.

Dr. Turner is a Registered Dietitian and Assistant Professor in the Food Science Department at the University of Florida. Her specialty is nutrition education. Dr. Turner has been teaching courses in introductory and life cycle nutrition for nearly 15 years. Her research interests include nutrition labeling and dietary supplement regulations, computer applications in nutrition and education, maternal and infant nutrition, and consumer issues.

His multidisciplinary focus brings together the fields of psychology, nutrition, biochemistry, and medicine.
