Scott A. Shikora, MD, FACS-Tufts University School of Medicine, Boston, Massachusetts

Dr. Scott A. Shikora is a Professor of Surgery at Tufts University School of Medicine and the Chief of Bariatric Surgery at Tufts-New England Medical Center in Boston. He attended medical school at Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons. He did his surgical residency and Nutrition Support fellowship at New England Deaconess Hospital in Boston. He is a past president of the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition and is on the Executive Council for the American Society for Bariatric Surgery. Dr. Shikora is an Associate Editor of two surgical journals and has co-edited two nutritional textbooks.
