Shipping Option Help
The shipping options drop-down menu shows you several shipping methods, their estimated
arrival dates, and the cost for shipping using that method. All costs and transit
times are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and the US Zip
code that you entered. In addition to the standard ground, 3 day, 2 day, and overnight
methods, customers shipping to a location that is close to our warehouse may see
a Ground Express option which is usually as fast as overnight or 2 day, but
considerably cheaper. Transit times are provided as an estimate only, and may occasionally
be longer during high-volumer periods such as the Christmas holidays.
Coupons and Gift Certificates Help
If you have either a promotion code or a J&B gift certificate, enter the appropriate
code in this box. Some coupons and gift certificates may only apply to certain products.
Each order that you place can have a maximum of one promotion code and one gift certificate
applied.
Recalculate Cart Button Help
Selecting Re-calculate will update your shipping, subtotals, and tax if you
change the quantity of any book, or if you change the US Zip code to which you wish
to estimate shipping costs and transit times.
New Customer Options Help
If you have not shopped online with us before, or if you did not save a password
to create a returning user account, please choose the geographical location to which
you will be shipping your order. US, Canadian, and International orders are processed
differently, and choosing the wrong option could delay the processing of your order.
Return Customer Help
If you have shopped online with us before, and you set up a returning customer account
by choosing a password, please enter your E-mail address and the password you chose.
Logging in as a returning customer expedites your check-out process, as we can retrieve
your address information. For your security, credit card information must be re-entered
with each new order. If you have forgotten your password, you can use the Find your
Password link to reset it. Or you can proceed as if you were a new customer
by using the options to the left. Checking out as a new customer will not
will simply require you to re-enter your address information.
Shipping Information Help
Shipping information is among the most important information you will provide to
J&B. Please check that you have correctly classified your shipping address as
either residential or commercial. Choosing the wrong address type can significantly
delay your order, and may incurr extra shipping costs. U.S. customers who require
that we ship to a Post Office box are limited to United States Postal Service
shipping methods.
Billing Information Help
If you are paying for your order with a credit card, please make sure that the address
you enter matches the address to which your credit card statements are mailed. If
you are using a purchase order, please use the address of your Accounts Payable
department.
Payment Information Help
The Jones and Bartlett Learning shopping cart provides you with a final chance
to modify your payment information. Please take this opportunity to review the account
number and expiration date of your credit card or the purchase order number and
contact information if you are paying via purchase order.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns Information
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding original
shipping charges). If a video or book is defective or the wrong item was shipped,
it will be replaced with the same or corrected title.
Wholesalers and Retailers may return 100% of purchases for credit only, provided
your return is made within one year of the original invoice date. Returns must be
accompanied by invoice or invoice information and books must be in saleable condition.
All bundles returned must be in original shrink-wrap and unopened. No returns will
be accepted for credit from any customer who has not purchased books directly from
Jones & Bartlett.
