If you were given a 10-digit passcode by your employer or instructor, you must redeem it first in order to create an account that will allow you to access your course(s). Follow the steps below to redeem your passcode.

1. Start at http://www.jblearning.com/usecode. (Note: for a PEPP course, go to http://www.peppsite.com/usecode)
2. Enter your 10-digit passcode
3. A "Skills Testing Agreement" may appear. If so, there is a hands-on testing component to the course. After you have read and accepted the terms, click the checkbox and hit Submit to continue.
   Verizon Employees: Verizon does not require you to take the hands-on portion of the testing, but you will still need to check the box to continue.
4. Follow the instructions on each screen to set up your email address, password, and account profile. Your organization will tell you if you need to fill in the Medical Designation field.
5. When you reach the screen asking to select a course coordinator, only select an institution if your employer or instructor explicitly told you to do so. Otherwise, please leave blank and click Submit to finish the process
6. You will be prompted to log in from http://www.jblearning.com/login
7. From now on, you will always log in at the above URL with the email address and password you just set up - your 10-digit code will never be used again.
