If you were given a 10-digit passcode by your employer or instructor, you must redeem it first in order to create an account that will allow you to access your course(s). Follow the steps below to redeem your passcode.

1. Start at http://www.jblearning.com/usecode.
2. Enter your 10-digit passcode
3. A "Skills Testing Agreement" may appear. If so, there is a hands-on testing component to the course. Please read the terms carefully. If you accept, click the checkbox and click Submit to continue.
   Verizon Employees: Verizon does not require you to take the hands-on portion of the testing, but you will still need to check the box to continue.
4. Follow the instructions on each screen to set up your email address, password, and account profile.
5. When you reach the screen asking to select a course coordinator, only select an institution if your employer or instructor specifically asked you to do so. Otherwise, please select "No Coordinator" and click Submit to finish the process.
6. You will be prompted to log in from http://www.jblearning.com/login
7. From now on, you will always log in at the above URL with the email address and password you just set up - your 10-digit code cannot be used again.
