Jon Weimer, PhD

Jon Weimer, PhD is an award-winning educator, director, visual effects artist, producer, and engineer. He designed and modeled a variety of high-tech products for General Motors, including the first cell-phone based navigation system in 1994. He is a co-founder of Evil Genius FX, which specializes in creating big-budget, Hollywood-style effects for independent filmmakers and television commercials. He also trains military personnel at Fort Leavenworth and Whiteman Air Force Base and is an avid gamer.
