Thomas J. Aicher is an Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator of Sport Administration at the University of Cincinnati where he teaches Sport Facility and Event Management, Diversity in Sport Organizations and Professional Selling in Sports. Dr. Aicher has been an active scholar examining the motivations and meanings people associate with the participation in events, as well as the social impacts associated with those events in the host communities. He has been published in leading academic journals.
