  • "[This text] is appropriate for my course because advanced medican coding students must be thoroughly knowledgable regarding the human body and diseases that effect the body."
~ Alicia Scott, CPC, American Commercial College

  • "This excellent book is highly recommended to all healthcare programs as well as to university/college libraries.

This revision grew out of the authors' experience in teaching pathology to students enrolled in various healthcare professions programs. They noted most healthcare students do not have additional courses in general aspects of medicine, so they wanted to create a textbook with more clinical significance than traditional medical student texts. This revision was developed for healthcare students of all disciplines. Both authors are professors of pathology as well as physicians."
