    Praise for the Second Edition

    5 Stars!

This second edition of a well-received text provides clinical evaluation and management strategies for hundreds of clinical conditions, organized regionally and by symptom or general condition.

The beginning of each chapter has a quick guide to its contents. Numerous clinical algorithms are presented in each chapter and numerous conditions are described. For each condition, there is information on classic presentation, cause, evaluation, and management. Chapters cover both regional orthopedic considerations (e.g., shoulder girdle complaints, elbow complaints) as well as general concerns (e.g., hypertension, depression, fatigue). The scope of clinical coverage is comprehensive.

This second edition adds a great deal of information concerning clinical chiropractic management. It also adds new chapters on the pediatric/adolescent patient, the geriatric patient, and the female patient. It is a substantial improvement over the first edition, which already was a very good text. I am afraid people will have to purchase it again.

-- Dana J Lawrence, DC (Palmer College of Chiropractic)
