American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS)

The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) provides education and practice management services for orthopaedic surgeons and allied health professionals. The Academy also serves as an advocate for improved patient care and informs the public about the science of orthopaedics. Founded at Northwestern University as a not-for-profit organization in 1933, the Academy has grown from a small organization serving less than 500 members to the world's largest medical association of musculoskeletal specialists. The Academy now serves about 24,000 members internationally.

Daniel E. Glick currently teaches a variety of continuing education programs within New York. He published his first article in EMS Magazine in June 2006 and is certified as Training Center Faculty for the American Heart Association with focuses in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Mr. Glick is also the EMS liaison for New York States, Capital District AHA Stroke Task Force.

Art Breault is the Emergency Medicine Outreach Coordinator & EMS Liaison for Albany Medical Center Hospital. Mr. Breault is currently practicing as a Registered Professional Nurse with twenty years of experience in Emergency Medicine, Flight Nursing and Critical Care. Mr. Breault is also currently employed as a career Captain firefighter-paramedic for the Town of Niskayuna Fire District No.1.
