  • "... a well written book. The theory is introduced in a clear, organized manner with illustrative examples. With the shortage of healthcare professionals worldwide, it is more important than ever to have the tools and skills to effectively and efficiently manage human resources. This book will be an invaluable guide, particularly in organizations that may not have trained human resource staff."
